Our client is a developer of high end games for PC and console. Over the last 10 years they have grown to over 200 employees, and continue to expand. The Project Manager will implement and oversee the product schedule, track the efficiency and timeliness of the project, and evaluate and mentor members of the product development team. The successful candidate will have proven skills in team-building, change management, and risk management, as well as experience managing projects with a 1-2 year development cycle.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and refine comprehensive project-wide schedules
-Manage and monitor change management process, dependency tracking and workflow maintenance
-Identify project risks and apply appropriate risk management strategies
-Develop and manage plans to achieve milestone tasks, goals and deliverables
-Prepare quarterly performance reports on all team members
-Prepare weekly and milestone status reports for team, leads and executives
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree (Computer or Technical Science preferred)
-Experience as part of a software management team
-Experience with cross-discipline teams
-Proven skills in team building, change management, and risk management.
